A Thread To Honour
Earlier this year, Montreal Canadiens forward Brendan Gallagher lost his mom
to brain cancer after a three-year battle.
Upon hearing this, Lucie reached out on social media offering up the jersey she
purchased from Hockey Fights Cancer 2022 with the proceeds helping out the
Canadiens Children’s Foundation auction.
As you can see from the back & forth, he accepted and offered to do a swap.
And that happened last night.
